Oh bills, let me count the ways you SUCK OUT MY SOUL
My company only uses direct despot for paychecks, which I love, now that I'm used too it.
Since I know how much is suppose to show up twice a month in my account, sometimes I don't even look at my stubs, I just check the balance.
It may be half my car payment taken out (why wouldn't that be indicated on the account??), but this time it's about $130 short.
I looked at my actual paper check-record to make sure I didn't receive a paycut without my knowledge (does that really happen??).
I noticed that after they take out
Medical
Dental
Medicare
Federal Tax
Soc. Security
State Tax
Life insurance
AD &D (what is that??)
that I actually lose $300 per paycheck. $600 per month. $7,200 per year (my math skills are comparable to my spelling skills, so correct me if I'm wrong!) on crap I don't really need/use.
If you haven't figured that stuff out already, don't look, because it's damn depressing.
